1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)
In GlowMark, open More (⋮) → About → Delete account and confirm. Deletion starts immediately: your public Glow pages go offline at once, and your account is tombstoned — sign-in is blocked and your display name is wiped.
2. Without the app
If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in — including anonymous accounts, whose sign-in lives only on that install — email [email protected] with subject “GlowMark account deletion”. Include any Glow links you published (glowmark.app/g/…) or your creator page (glowmark.app/u/…) so we can verify ownership, plus the sign-in method you used (Sign in with Apple / Google / anonymous). We verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- Your GlowMark account (internal user id, sign-in identity, profile display name and avatar)
- Every Glow you published — the public page is removed immediately and stored files (.glmk, preview video, thumbnail) are purged within 365 days
- Your block list and account-level settings held on our servers
Saved messages and display settings live only on your device and are removed by deleting the app or clearing its data — no server copy exists.
4. What is retained
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics already collected under our Privacy Policy (kept up to 14 months per Google Analytics retention); no new events can be sent after deletion
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, purchase history handled by the app store — deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the store first)
