Content Policy

This policy applies to everything shared publicly from GlowMark (“Glows”). GlowMark is provided by MiniPro (“we”, “us”).

1. What a Glow is

When you share a board from the App, a snapshot of it (a project file, a preview video, and a thumbnail) is uploaded and published as a Glow at a public link https://glowmark.app/g/…. Anyone with the link can watch the Glow and remix their own copy in the App. Sharing is always optional; the App’s other features publish nothing.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Glows must not contain content that is:

  • Unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on others’ rights (including copyright and trademark — share only what you have the right to publish)
  • Harassing, threatening, or targeting a person or group with hate or abuse
  • Sexually explicit, or sexualized involving or directed at minors in any form
  • Inciting violence or self-harm, or depicting graphic violence
  • Deceptive — impersonation, scams, phishing, or misleading medical/legal claims
  • Private personal data of another person (doxxing)
  • Spam, bulk commercial promotion, or coordinated manipulation

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations may result in the Glow being hidden or removed and the account being suspended without notice.

3. How we enforce it

  • Every submission is screened before it goes live (server-side text filtering and on-device sensitive-content analysis); anything left pending is flagged for human review automatically.
  • Anyone can report a shared page from its Report link — no account needed.
  • Users can block a creator inside the App; blocked creators’ Glows no longer appear for that user.
  • We may hide or remove a Glow, and suspend or delete an abusive account, at our discretion. Suspended accounts can no longer sign in or publish.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Treat the share link as public — do not share a link you would not want passed on.
  • Share only content you created or have the right to publish. Remixes create a new copy under your own authorship; the original stays unchanged.
  • You can hide or delete a Glow at any time from More → My Glows. Deletion removes the page immediately and purges stored files within 30 days.

5. Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe a shared page infringes your rights or violates this policy, report it from the page’s Report link or email [email protected] with the page URL and the basis of your claim. We review reports promptly.
